1. Type of Contract: The candidate will be hired as a contractor, meaning they will work on a project basis rather than being a full-time employee.
2. Payment Periodicity: Payment will be made on a monthly basis, with compensation for the work completed during that period, the customer as maximum 30 days after receiving the invoice to proceed with the payment.
3. Invoicing Date: Invoices should be submitted by the candidate every last month.
4. US Holidays with Pay: Candidates will be entitled to paid leave during official US holidays.
5. Days Off: Any non-negotiated days off, not agreed upon with the customer in advance, will be deducted from the monthly billing. It is important to notify us at least two weeks in advance regarding any planned time off.
6. Legal Age Requirement: All candidates must be of legal age to apply for any job position.
7. Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside in Latin America to be eligible for employment with Simbiosis.
8. Full-Time Availability: If the position requires full-time availability, the candidate should be able to commit to 160 hours of work during the client's specified working hours. Having multiple jobs simultaneously may result in termination.
9. Technology Experience: Candidates must possess verifiable experience in the technologies required for the project they are applying for.
10. Honesty in Technical Tests: Candidates must approach technical tests with honesty and integrity. Any indication of cheating or the use of tools such as GPT chat will result in penalties, and the candidate will not be considered for future opportunities within Simbiosis.
11. Availability to Work within Client's Time Zone: Candidates should be available to work within the client's designated working hours and time zone.
